Meet Mark
Mark Wilds has been in the residential construction business for well over 40 years, having started in that line of work with his dad right out of school. Working with his dad was a large part of the educational process of his career. Mark had the opportunity to have hands on experience at most every aspect of the building process from the footings and foundation to installation of the kitchen appliances and everything in between. Those experiences have proven invaluable in the many years that he has been producing residential housing in the form of apartment projects and single family homes. Mark does not take his job lightly as it relates to the quality and the detail of the homes he builds. He takes a very personal approach to each project to ensure that at the completion of each home it will provide comfort, security, and affordability. He achieves this by paying close attention to all the details of the layout for good livable flow, and specifics about some framing techniques to ensure the proper performance of all thermal components to see that the home performs in a way that is conducive to deliver quality, comfort and a minimal impact on the energy demand.
